If you are stuck with an issue like client launch, crash, the game freezes on the login screen, while loading or something else, you can always address this issue on the Help site (please pay attention to the already created topics, as there is a high probability that the issue was already reported)
Also, saving the game logs and sending them over to us, will increase our chances to find a solution to your problem.
How to do it:
- Please locate and open the output_log.txt file, which can be found in the tankix_data game folder
- Open and save the content of the file on any cloud storage (Yandex.Disk, Google Docs, Dropbox, somewhere that will allow us to view the file without downloading it) Alternatively, you can copy/paste the content of the file to the http://pastebin.com/ service.
- Please search the Help site (http://echo.tankix.com/) for a topic with a similar issue (if you don’t find any, create a new topic) and add your game log to that topic, along with a detailed description of the problem.
IMPORTANT! When you get the error, do not restart the game client, otherwise the logs will be cleared and reset. Instead, follow the above steps right away.
