Help Site stays white without any content

TunergiArchoz 3 years ago • updated by SHOAIB (Moderator (EN)) 3 years ago 9

When I try to access the help site ( http://help.tankix.com/#/tanki-x/en ) over Mozilla Firefox it stays a white screen without any text or pictures. Someone told me to go into the browser console and this is what it says: "SyntaxError: missing ; before statement" and more to the right "app.js:4620:4". This happens only in Mozilla Firefox, the help site works perfectly in Google Chrome.

Please fix this so more browsers can access the help site!

Not a bug

Hi, I am also using Mozilla Firefox and the site loads after a bit of loading. Maybe your internet connection is low or something. The issue is at your end.

Problem solved. For some reason, my firefox didn't updated itself like it was set in my options, I manuall searched and installed the newest version of Firefox (48.0.2) and now the help site works. in Firefox. Thanks for your help.

I tried to let the site run in the background twice for over 30 min and it still didn't load anything in Firefox. I got 50 mbit/s download and 10 mbit/s upload so internet isn't the problem either. I'm using Firefox 42.0 right now.

Well, then update it that version is really outdated.

I tried with two different versions of mozilla.

48.0

48.0.2(newest)

There's something else causing that problem(maybe an extension).

The site seems to be working fine in the links you provided.

Yes, it's something going wrong on his side. I don't think slow internet speed causes syntax errors.
