Game didn't give me the XT Container after 4/4
I didn't win the XT container, I joined today to receive my reward, I had 3/4 so today it was to be 4/4, I took the last XT Container shard and I did not receive nothing, simply the time is counting again to receive other reward.
I want my XT container.

What screenshots ? If the game just started counting the time again and the information disappeared ? What kind of print ?
I saw I need teleport level V (It's truth it ? )to get XT Container, I have teleport level IV soon level V, when I get level V I will have the Container ? If this is the problem...
Yes, you need level V. So you'll get it after you've reached that level. :)
